Help a family connect with PEP
A simple way to connect someone to support for families affected by addiction.
If you work with or support people in your community, you’ve likely met someone affected by a loved one’s substance use. They may be overwhelmed, unsure what to do, or trying to manage things on their own. Often, they don’t realize there is support available for them.
That’s where PEP can help.
Who PEP Is For
PEP is for:
Parents, partners, family members and caregivers
Anyone affected by a loved one’s substance use
People at any stage, whether things are just starting or have been ongoing for years
18+
They do not need to be in crisis to attend.
What People Can Expect
Many people hesitate to attend because they don’t know what it will be like.
At a PEP meeting, they will:
be welcomed into a respectful, supportive space
hear practical information and shared experiences
not be required to speak or share
not be judged or told what to do
Our approach is grounded in helping families focus on what they can do for themselves.
You’re helping make sure that support is there when people need it.
