This includes alcohol and drugs, as well as behavioural addictions such as gambling, sex, or pornography.

We focus on supporting you.
These groups are designed for family members and friends.
If your loved one is looking for support, they can call 211 to find services in their area.

While PEP began by supporting parents, our groups are for anyone impacted by a loved one’s substance use or addiction.
That includes parents, but also partners, siblings, grandparents, adult children, and friends.
We focus on supporting you, not teaching parenting or telling you what to do.
Yes.
We offer both virtual meetings and online learning sessions.
No, our groups are not therapy or counselling.
While our groups are led by trained facilitators, they are not providing therapy. Instead, facilitators guide conversations, share information, and help create a safe and supportive space for participants to learn and reflect.
