URise Youth
What is URise?
URise is a youth-focused program designed to help young people better understand addiction, recovery, and their own well-being.
Whether addiction is something they’re experiencing directly or within their family or environment, URise offers a space to learn, connect, and build practical life skills.
It’s a space to:
- make sense of what’s going on
- learn how to take care of yourself
- build confidence and resilience
- connect with others who get it
You don’t need to have everything figured out to come.

What We Do in Sessions
URise sessions are interactive and focused on helping youth understand what they’re dealing with and what can help.
Topics may include:
- how the brain responds to stress and substance use
- what recovery and well-being can look like
- understanding emotions and how to manage them
- communicating needs
- building healthy relationships
- setting boundaries and staying safe
