When supporting a loved one through addiction, your needs can easily come last. Learn why caring for yourself is the key to staying strong for the ones you love. Discover simple ways to protect your well-being, build connection, and find meaningful moments of joy. You’ll walk away with one small, powerful action to try this week.

When you’re coping with a loved one’s addiction, it’s easy to lose yourself. In this session, you’ll learn how your values can guide small choices and boundaries that bring more stability and strength into your life.
