We are a group for families aimed at offering education around addiction and recovery as well fostering a supportive place for parents and family members to share what’s going on for them with regards to their children or loved ones who are suffering from addiction.
U-turn for Youth supports youth and young adults involved in substance use to explore their situations through casual discussion and education in a no-pressure environment.
Individuals who’ve been through the court system for drug related offenses join our meetings.
This program is still under development. Check back often for updates and available mentorship opportunities.

In-person Recovery Group Meetings are Back! Virtual and in-person meetings available across Edmonton and surrounding areas.
Parents Empowering Parents (PEP) Society is a registered non-profit organization founded in June 2004 and registered in February 2005.
PEP Meetings were initially established as a result of an increasing need for support and direction for families dealing with the effects of substance abuse in youth.
PEP was founded in May 2004 as a result of an increasing need for support and direction for families dealing with the effects of substance abuse in youth and adult children.
We respect our families’ privacy and do not publish or share their names, but we have their permission to share these moving testimonials.
